1964 Graduated in Electrical Engineering, University of Adelaide, Australia.
1965 - 1966 Graduate Engineer with an Australian commercial television broadcasting company
1966 - 1971 Electrical Engineer with the Public Utilities Board of Singapore. Engaged in the testing and commissioning of electrical equipment and planning of protective systems for electrical transmission and distribution networks. Seconded to the Singapore Institute of Standards and Industrials Research (SISIR), responsible for the testing and certification of electrical products to safety standards and accepted specifications.
1971 - 1976

Electronics Engineer with a German camera and optical equipment manufacturer. After a year’s training in Germany, appointed Head of Electronics Department, responsible for carrying out electronics development works, general design and maintenance of precision electronic test equipment. Also in charge of the electrical installation of the factory complex.

1976 - 2002 Partner of the Firm. Engaged in the design, supervision and management of building engineering services for projects.
2002 - Present Associate, assigned with special duties in the design, operation and maintenance of electrical installations.
